We are a friendly and reliable local property service established in 2011 and have recently changed our business format to a Limited Company status in 2018, providing an affordable and professional service to residential and commercial properties. We have our waste carriers licence, therefore we can safely & legally transport and dispose of any waste we generate & and we'll do the lifting.
We operate in and around Newton Aycliffe.

A lot of our work is done for property developers and landlords, from tenants moving on, to refreshing the Outside Space. We are always happy to do work for domestic clients too, ranging from clearing overgrown gardens to updating the Outside Space and other aspects of property maintenance. Give us a call.

Our Gardens Division, during Spring to Autumn, offer regular lawn, hedge and boarder maintenance, from one off cut backs, clearing overgrown sites, to regular weekly, fortnightly lawn cuts, regular hedge cuts, and now is the time to start thinking about cutting shrubs back & getting the garden ready for the summer months ahead.

We have a good quality Petrol Rotavator to go over the ground prior to planting up, which we are happy to come and give do for you. We also have a heavy duty Lawn Scarrifier which helps keep down the moss & thatch, thus giving you a healthier lawn to enjoy.

We also Team up with other Gardeners who are willing to maintain garden boarders, whether on a Private or Commercial site
Does your fence need repairing? or new posts setting in, make sure your fence is in good shape, and keep on top of the maintenance, after all, your home is your long term investment, don't ecomomise on maintenance.
